1. How The Program Works

By participating in TeeTime Golf Pass's "Refer Friends" promotion (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). TeeTime Golf Pass may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms.

 

2. A Referral Is

The Program allows you to refer people you know to purchase a TeeTime Golf Pass golf pass. You can earn TeeTime Golf Pass credit when friends you refer to purchase a TeeTime Golf Pass through the Program, register and complete a Registration Form, are a new customer that has not purchased from TeeTime Golf Pass previosly and then purchase a TeeTime Golf Pass (defined below). If you are the person refering friends to purchase a TeeTime Golf Pass, you are a "referrer" under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee".

3. Rewards And Offers

You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by TeeTime Golf Pass. If you refer a referee prior to TeeTime Golf Pass’s termination or modification of the program, you will still be eligible to earn the reward described below for any eligible referrees until the time of termination or modification.

To be eligible to earn rewards through the Program, a referrer may refer a referee via the referral mechanism on the TeeTime Golf Pass website (or on TeeTimeGolfPass.com). The referrer can claim a reward for a maximum of 10 referees per calendar year that satisfy the following “Reward Criteria”: (i) access and complete the TeeTime Golf Pass Referral Program Registration form; (ii) the referree must be a new customer meaning that their email address does not already exist in the TeeTime Golf Pass customer database or have purchased a TeeTime Golf Pass previously; (iii) complete an Eligible Transaction (defined below) and (v) Eligible Transaction must be completed within the first 60 days of completing the TeeTime Golf Pass Referral Program Registration Form and within the same calendar year as the referral.

An “Eligible Transaction” means: (a) purchase a TeeTime Golf Pass golf pass product on TeeTimeGolfPass.com and not request or refund the product; Transactions that have been cancelled, refunded, or reversed by either the referee, referrer, or the seller do not count as Eligible Transactions.

You may only refer family and personal friends and acquaintances that are new customers meaning that their email address does not already exist in the TeeTime Golf Pass customer database or have purchased a TeeTime Golf Pass previously . Additionally, you must not publish or distribute the invitation to participate that you received from TeeTime Golf Pass in public locations (online or otherwise) where the audience is likely to include people who are not your family or personal friends/acquaintances. If you do so, TeeTime Golf Pass may disqualify you from participation in the Program and any successful referrals will be void, in TeeTime Golf Pass’s sole discretion.

 

4. Issuing and Receiving Of Rewards And Offers

The reward amount is a $5 USD coupon (“Reward”) that will be automatically applied the first time a new referee completes a TeeTime Golf Pass golf pass purchase on teetimegolfpass.com (“Eligible Purchase”) while the Reward is valid and redeemable.

Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) any TeeTime Golf Pass golf passes purchased or received through any other marketing and/or promotional campaign (2) group purchases that receive a volume discount  (3) any sale items or promotional priced items. Rewards will be viewable in the 3rd party referral software acccount. The Reward must be redeemed within 60 days of referrer or referee receiving a reward, and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the referrer or referee’s TeeTime Golf Pass receipt. Rewards should post to your account within approximately seven (7) days but may be available sooner.

Referrer's Rewards that qualify will accumulate up to and including June 30, then the Referrrer will receive a coupon for the Reward earned up to that date up to a maximum of $50 USD for the corresponding calendar year.  Referrer's Rewards that qualify from July 1 up to an including October 31 each calendar year will accumulate up to and including October 30 then the Referrrer will receive a coupon for the Reward earned up to that date up to a maximum of $50 USD for the corresponding calendar year.

TeeTime Golf Pass reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke a Reward if TeeTime Golf Pass determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our User Agreement.

TeeTime Golf Pass may provide an alternate Reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the reward. TeeTime Golf Pass is not responsible and/or liable if any email, Reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to TeeTime Golf Pass.

Program is void where prohibited or if referrer or referee’s account or transaction are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

By participating in the referral program, you agree that TeeTime Golf Pass may disclose customer information about you to persons who refer you to TeeTime Golf Pass or who you refer to TeeTime Golf Pass.

5. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with TeeTime Golf Pass' Privacy Policy, available at https://teetimegolfpass.com/privacy-policy/. Under the applicable laws and regulations, TeeTime Golf Pass shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information. 

6. General 

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by TeeTime Golf Pass (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program as displayed on our Website https://teetimegolfpass.com/ and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.

6.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in one or more Referral Program(s).

6.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Program.

 

7. Completed Referrals and Limit

Referrers may only refer family and personal friends and acquaintances. Additionally, you must not publish or distribute the Invitation link or notifications received from TeeTime Golf Pass containing the link online or otherwise where the audience is likely to include people who are not your family or personal friends/acquaintances. If you do so, TeeTime Golf Pass may disqualify you from participation in the Program and any successful referrals will be void, in TeeTime Golf Pass’s sole discretion. There is a limit of one (1) reward per referee TeeTime Golf Pass purchase and ten (10) rewards per referrer. If two or more referrers invite the same referee, TeeTime Golf Pass will credit the reward to the person who has their Invitation accepted first, as determined in TeeTime Golf Pass’s sole discretion. If a referrer has reached their limit of 10, referees that were referred by referee prior to reaching the limit will still be eligible to earn their Reward (defined below) provided all required steps are met and these Terms are otherwise complied with.

7.1. A Completed Referral is when a Referring User refers this Program to one of its contacts. Subsequently, that contact will either sign-up, make a purchase or complete whatever action is determined as a referral above - which is not cancelled or disputed in accordance with Subsection 4. 

7.2. We may specify a maximum number of Completed Referrals who are eligible for the benefits of this Program.

7.3. All referred people must be new and first-time Users. Existing Users cannot participate in and benefit from the Referral Program.

7.4. You represent all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards. 

 

8. Restrictions

8.1. This Program cannot be combined with other TeeTime Golf Pass ’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Referral Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.

8.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

8.3. You must not publish our Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities. 

8.4. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.

8.5. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

 

9. Term and Termination

9.1. This Referral Program will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify Users that the Referral Program has ended with immediate effect.

9.2. Any referral made before the end of the Referral Program can still participate. However we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.

9.3. We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits. 

 

10. Exclusive Relationship

10.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us. 

10.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company. 

10.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.

10.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company

 

11. Privacy and Information

11.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website. 

11.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

 

12. Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

 

13. Violations and Termination

13.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

13.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. 

13.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

 

14. Disclaimer and Indemnification

14.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors. 

14.2. Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.

14.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold [Customer Name] harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.

 

15. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds

With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Referral Program, and the abovementioned benefits. are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits. 

 

16. Applicable Law

This Program is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, and the laws of Canada, each as may be applicable. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the TeeTime Golf Pass Terms and Conditions, https://teetimegolfpass.com/terms-conditions/. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in TeeTime Golf Pass’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
